What exactly does a Life Coach do?As a life coach, I assist you with various professional endeavours, personal objectives, and life transitions. I will help you grow by examining your present circumstances, identifying limiting beliefs and other potential roadblocks, and developing a customized action plan to assist you in accomplishing your desired objectives. Every session is unique since everyone's circumstances are unique. Nevertheless, the process always includes asking life-altering questions that help you identify your genuine needs and desires. Finding your purpose will enable you to design a plan for living a more fulfilling life based on your values and aspirations instead of adhering to predetermined expectations.

How did you become a Life Coach?I have been in your shoes and slammed headlong into the wall of relationships and life. My business, family, and marriage have all collapsed simultaneously, leaving me exposed and defenceless. And I have endured. I am a serial entrepreneur that loves to think deeply, feel profound, and authentically connect with others. In my previous life and professional paths, I've suffered from confused values, a lack of passion, and a loss of self. Meditation and coaching have had such a profound impact on my life that I've made it my mission to assist others in transitioning from a world of worry and uncertainty to one of astounding clarity and confidence.

Is Life Coaching similar to therapy?Therapists are specialists in managing mental illness, while a Life Coach does not do this at all. A Psychologist can be a therapist, especially if they have the relevant qualifications. Psychologists need to have completed their degree in Psychology, with most specializing in something such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalysis or Cognitive Neuroscience. A good answer might be that therapists deal with mental health issues, like depression and anxiety, while life coaches tend to concentrate on whether someone is getting out of bed in the morning. The focus can be on the money, business and relationship issues, while a life coach would never treat substance abuse, eating disorders or personality disorders.

Is Life Coaching similar to consulting?Consultants are experts in specific fields and come to their Clients with answers and tell them what to do. As a Life Coach, I may not have the specialization in question; however, my real expertise is in the coaching process. I view my client as the expert, and I know my clients already have the answers within themselves to any situation they may encounter.
